Refunds & Returns Policy

  • All Sales Final for Cosmetic Goods: Due to the nature of our products as cosmetic goods, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once an order has been processed. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been shipped.

  • Refund Before Shipment: If you wish to request a refund before your package has shipped, please email us immediately at comfortsforlife@gmail.com. Once you receive a tracking number, your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, and a refund may no longer be possible.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at comfortsforlife@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can promptly assist you with a resolution.
