Processing Time:

Regular Orders: Please allow approximately 7-15 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. This does not include weekends.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders ship after regular orders, typically within 1-20 business days from the preorder date. As a small, family-run business, and with the unique demands of being an active duty military spouse, processing times can sometimes extend up to 3-4 weeks. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Pre-orders guarantee your chance to receive items that may sell out quickly.

Shipping Transit Time (Once Shipped):

Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 3-5 business days once scanned by USPS.

Priority Shipping: Packages will arrive in approximately 2 business days after being scanned in by USPS. Please note, priority shipping does not reduce the processing time.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Addressing Shipping Issues:

Missing Package (In Transit): If your tracking shows your package is missing or stuck in transit, please contact USPS directly first to see if they can resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please email us at comfortsforlife@gmail.com for assistance. A partial refund, excluding original shipping costs, may be issued if the package cannot be located.

Wrong Address Provided by Customer: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you realize an error during the processing period (before a tracking number is issued), please email us immediately at comfortsforlife@gmail.com to request an address change.

Package Delivered to Wrong Location (within town): If your package is marked as delivered but not at your residence (e.g., delivered to a neighbor or different address in your town), please contact USPS directly. They can contact your mail carrier to help locate the package.

Invalid Address: If your provided address is incomplete (e.g., missing house number, correct city, zip code), we will attempt to contact you via email or text message for correction. If there's no answer within 24 hours, your order will be refunded excluding original shipping costs. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, your order will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.
